Our research focuses on uncovering the mechanisms that drive host resilience to obesity-induced diabetes and its associated vascular complications. By understanding these processes, we aim to develop innovative interventions to enhance resilience against metabolic disease.

To achieve this, we foster a supportive research environment and have built a collaborative team that integrates diverse expertise to maximize individual and collective research potential. Our work is inspired by exciting discoveries and guided by bioinformatic-driven hypotheses, ensuring a cutting-edge approach to tackling these critical health challenges.
